3 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 2 tbsp Hunts Tomatoe Paste (by NANBATT) 1 tbsp Sofrito Sauce 2 tbsp Olive Oil 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Cook sofrito with tomatoe paste in oil on low heat. Add washed rice and sauté until rice is glistening or somewhat transparent. Add water and salt to taste. Bring to boil then lower heat to low setting. Cook about one hour or until tender.
