Hash Brown: Radish+Cauli

Ingredients
100 grams Cauliflower, raw 100 grams Radishes 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 25 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tbsp Psyllium Husk
Directions
1. Grate veges
2. Cover and Microwave for 3 mins until just soft
3. Put in cheese cloth and ring out as much water as possible
4. Mix all ingredients together
5. Fry in oil as you would a hash brown.
6. Do not crowd the pan – leave space around each.
7. Don’t touch them much. Just flip every 5mins or brown
