1 Chicken Breast1/4 cup of canned pumpkin pie mixApricots, fresh, cut in halfPine nutsdatesHoney
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix in a bowl pumpkin pie mix, apricots, pine nuts, and dates. Stuff boneless skinless chicken breast with mixture. Lay in nonstick baking dish. Drizzle honey over the top of the chicken. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
