Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Paprika2.0 tsp Turmeric, ground0.25 cup Canola Oil1.0 bunch Broccoli, fresh6.0 tsp Garlic1.0 tsp Ginger Root1.0 small Onions, raw6.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw6.0 tsp yellow curry powder
Directions
Add oil. When oil is hot add chicken. When chicken is evenly brown add veggies and cover for 6-8 minutes til broccoli is tender. Add garlic and all other spices. Add 1/4 cup water. Let simmer for for 5 minutes or until liquid becomes paste. Serving Size: Makes 3-4 servings
