2 cups baby Spinach, fresh1/2 cup Arugula 10-14 pieces of Sun Dried Tomatoes 10-14 Kirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil, chopped 1 Green Onion finely chopped (1 stalk) or 10 slices, thin or red onion
Directions
Mix ingredients in large bowl and serve with dressing, a squeeze of lime or balsamic vinegar
