Parmesan Roasted Baby Potatoes

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Rosemary, dried and ground.25 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Salt .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 18 Baby Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In small bowl, combine grated cheese, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Coat a baking dish with olive oil.
Carefully and evenly sprinkle 3/4 of the cheese mixture over bottom of pan. Do not stir, as it will blob up when combined with the olive oil.
Cut the baby potatoes in half.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer, cut side down, on top of cheese mixture. Sprinkle more on top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cheese is browned and potatoes are soft. Remove from oven and leave potatoes to rest in pan for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the potatoes from the pan with a spatula. You want the cheese mixture to come up still attached to the potatoes.
