0.5 cup Black Beans (Dollar Tree) Brands (by LOVING121) 1.5 cup Boca Veggie Ground Crumbles 1 serving Hunt's Manwhich
Start by cooking the boca ground crumbles in a pan, I like to season mine with a little onion powder & garlic salt. While that is heating up, you can cut your prep time by heating the beans in the microwave.
Once the crumbles are browning, add in your black beans and stir. Cook until the crumbles are browned then add your manwhich sauce!
Serve it hot!
** I used left over crumbles for this, the measurements may be a little off so once I redo the recipe and make it from scratch I'll have a better calorie count, I really only made this so that I would be able to calculate my calories for the day **
