6 serving Egg whole - medium per egg , whipped0.75 cup Bell peppers ( Red) diced0.75 cup Bell peppers (Green) diced1 serving Coconut Oil Organic Virgin (1 TBLS), Trader Joe's 0.50 cup Trader Joe's Parmesan Cheese Shredded .50 cup, chopped Onions, raw, diced1 tsp Pink Himalayan or Sea Salt2 dashs of Pepper, black
Heat coconut oil in a non stick skillet on medium heat. Add in the peppers and onions and cook on medium for about up to 10 mins or until they are softened halfway. Pour in the eggs and sprinkle the salt and pepper. Top off with the Parmesan cheese. Pull back the eggs toward the middle of the pan to let the uncooked eggs in the middle pour out into the pan so that the eggs are cooked all the way through, and to create an Omlete scramble. Once it is all cooked through, take the pan off the heat and allow the eggs to sit for 5 mins. before serving.
