Ingredients
24 oz Vegetables, Mixed, Eat Smart, Stir Fry 2 Serving(s) Stir fry seasoning sunbirdStir Fry Seasoning Mix 2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw cut into rice
Directions
In a large wok Cook chicken in sesame oil until no longer pink Add Cauliflower Rice and vegetables Cook until vegetables start to soften In the meantime, prepare sauce per directions Once vegetables are softened, add sauce and cook for another few minutes
