100 grams Soya chunks 2 cup Peas, frozen 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp salt2 tsp soyabean oil1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp turmeric powder
Put oil in pan.
Put cumin seeds in oil.
Put turmeric powder powder in oil.
Now put tomato onion pury in hot oil.
Fry it till it separates oil.
Now put soya chunks.
Cook on simmer.
Serve it.
