Kelly's BARIATRIC MINCED BEEF & VEGGIES

Ingredients
500 grams Ground beef, lean 1 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Cumin seed 1.5 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce .75 tsp Sage, ground .75 tsp Rosemary, dried 4 medium Mushrooms, fresh 0.25 cup Peas, frozen 0.20 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 30 gram(s) Asda Passata (by MBEEBY) .25 tsp Chicken bouillon 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 tsp Chili powder
Directions
Heat coconut oil, fry up diced bacon and garlic.
Add in minced beef - brown off.
Add in spices and herbs; stir altogether.
Add in chopped mushrooms, peas and corn. Then also add in remaining sauce ingredients.

Cook through and let simmer for 40 or so minutes.

Serve with guacamole / sour cream.
