Cauliflower Leek Gratin

Ingredients
1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 1 leek Leeks, (bulb and lower leaf-portion), cooked, boiled, drained, with salt .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Steam and leek until soft. mash and add cheese's and cream to the sauce.
Melt 2 tbs of butter in a fry pan, mix the 1/4 cup of Almond flour and brown it until golden. Let cool and mix in the parmesan cheese.
Put mashed veg and cheese mixture into a small casserole dish and top with the almond/cheese topping. Bake at 425 until bubbly. About 20 minutes
