4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 8 tbsp Great Value Organic Ground Flax Seed 3 tbsp NOW Brewer's Yeast 16 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 113 gram(s) NATURE NATE'S-RAW & UNFILTERED HONEY-1 TBLSP=21g (by DPHJR1) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 113 gram(s) NESTLES-DARK CHOCOLATE MORSELS (CHOCOLATE CHIPS)
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix on low speed until mixture is well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll mixture into 2TBS sized smooth balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or enjoy right away. Once the bites have set, transfer them to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
