150 grams Cheddar Cheese 4 large Hard Boiled Egg 175 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 head, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 50 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt 2 tbsp Hellmans Low Fat Mayo 0.5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
Mix all together. Sour cream and mayo is the dressing.
