2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tsp Baking Soda .30 tsp Salt 1 cup Butter, salted 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Pumpkin Puree, Libby (by COOKIEIMP) 16 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat to 325 grease a 9x13 (I used a bigger one
Add dry ingredients to a separate bowl mix
In another bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add egg and vanilla to mixture mix well then beat in pumpkin. Add dry ingredients little at a time. Mix well then fold in chocolate chips
Spread in pan evenly.
Bake 30 minutes or until edges pull away and center is set.
Put toothpick in center and make sure it comes out clean.
Cool completely before cutting.
Serving Size: Makes 62 2 inch bars
