Smithfield Lean Ham Omelet Muffins

Ingredients
12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 7 oz Smithfield anytime favorites cubed ham (by NICOLEBURNS2017) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Split onion, green pepper, ham and cheese evenly among the 12 prepared (Pam) muffin tins.

Scramble the 12 eggs and add salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Pour eggs over ingredients in tins.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Cool

Put on cookie sheet with wax paper and quick freeze.

When frozen, place in ziplock bag.

Reheat in microwave for 30-60 seconds.
