Red lentil and bacon soup

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 250 grams Red lentils 240 gram(s) Raw Sweet Potato, diced (2 small)4 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon, finely sliced2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 chilli pepper1 clove garlic 1.5 litres stock
Directions
Fry onion and bacon.
Then add garlic, lentils, chilli, sweet potato and pepper for 1 minute.
Add stock and boil for 20-25 minutes
Blend, serve and enjoy!
