Shrimp Pepper and White Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can rinsed white beans1 tsp olive oil1 tbsp lemon juice12 large cooked shrimp2 cups red roasted peppers4 cups Arugula 1 tsp olive oil (for dressing)Squeeze of lemon (for dressing)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine rinsed white beans with 1 tsp olive oil.
Squeeze lemon on beans and add salt and pepper.
Mix in shrimp and roasted peppers.
Toss arugula with olive oil and lemon juice.
Serve bean salad over tossed arugula.
