Corn flour tortilla

Ingredients
24 tbsp Alber's Yellow Corn Meal 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.5 tsp Salt 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Shortening, Crisco
Directions
Cut shortening into flour, meal, and salthough mix. Add 1/2 cup of water & mix with a fork until it forms a ball. Add additional water as needed. Knead until smooth. Pinch off enough dough to roll into a 1.5 -2" ball. Set aside for 15 minutes and then roll flat into a 6" round. Bake/fry in a dry frying pan.
