Taco Chicken in slow cooker

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1.5 cup Beans, black 1 cup Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles (by SHANIMCK) 1.25 oz Taco Seasoning Mix - McCormick - 30% less sodium - Whole pack (by TRAVELINGLEE) 8 oz Cream Cheese
Directions
Begin with about 2 lbs of uncooked chicken breast and add to Crock pt that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Add all othe ingredients except for cream chees and cook 4-6 hours or until chicken is tender, Remove chicken and shred and add back to the pot. Place cream creese on top and let it melt for about 20 minutes. Serve over rice or as a taco or wrap filling.
