Ingredients
1.0 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh10.0 medium Carrots, raw1.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.5 cup Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce5.0 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano6.0 serving Bocca Burger Original Vegan4.0 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can6.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
Directions
In a large Dutch oven roasting pan that has a lid cut up all the vegetables and Rthen toss them with the tomato sauce adding salt and pepper to taste. Cook at 425 degrees for 40 minutes covered. Remove from oven roasted vegetables and cook for another 20 minutes or until everything is tender
