15 oz Ground beef 6.75 cup Tomato Sauce 16 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles 4 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk 1.5 cup parmesan, romano & asiago cheese 4 oz Alcohol, Wine Red (Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon)
Brown beef in pan. Drain fat. Add tomato sauce. Add spices of choice.
Place a layer of sauce, then noodles, then ricotta cheese with cheese blend, then noodles. Then layer until full.
Cook on low for 6 hours
