Ingredients
2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 6 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 20 tbsp Nestle Tollhouse Semisweet Mini Chocolate Chips 2 cup Libbys 100% pure pumpkin, canned 40 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] 16 tbsp Coconut Flour - Better Body Foods Organic 6 tbsp great value organic virgin coconut oil 3 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh
Directions
Mix coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder,
Pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener in bowl.
Mix pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, vanilla, and milk in large bowl. Add dry ingredients slowly, and mix. When completely mixed fold in chocolate chips.
Turn out onto two greased, and lined load pans.
Bake on 350 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of loaf comes out clean.
