Cauliflower Mashers

Ingredients
3 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 6 clove Garlic 1 stick Butter, salted 4 tsp Salt
Directions
Roughly chop cauliflower. Add the cauliflower and garlic and fill pan with water to cover. Bring to a boil. Let cook for approximately 15 minutes or until you can easily smash the cauliflower with a fork. Drain off water. Then put butter and salt in to taste. Smash with a potato masher or for an extra creamy texture use an immersion blender. Just blend until you are happy with the consistency.
