2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GEORGEVW) 3 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream) 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground water (optional)2 oz Cream Cheese 0.50 cup mrs butterworth sugar free maple syrup
soften cream cheese slightly, and add SF syrup till creamy but not runny; set aside to top finished pancakes.
Melt 2Tbs butter, Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients! Extra fluffy = separate eggs to whip the whites and fold them in at the end. (add 1 tbs water to yolks)
for crepes add 2 tbs water and don't whip the whites
cook like normal pancakes in remaining 1 tbsp butter
