Sun Dried Tomato Mug Cake

Ingredients
1 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted .5 tsp Baking Powder 3 tbsp Yupik Almond Powder (Blanched) 5 tbsp Our Compliments Sunfried Tomato Pesto
Directions
Put everything in a mug, mix it well (try heating the mug first), then microwave for 90 seconds. Tap mug to move onto a plate, or eat right from the mug.
