Pork Sausage & Spinach Crustless Pie (Keto)

Ingredients
8 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 125 mL Heavy Whipping Cream 120 grams Pork Sausage 0.50 cup Baby Spinach - Fresh Express (bagged) 55 gram Great value shredded mild cheddar cheese 28 gram Great value shredded mild cheddar cheese
Directions
Whisk the eggs and milk with a fork.
Add all the other ingredients, extra cheese (28g) for the top.
Add any spinach and stir gently.
Pour into a 9inch round pie plate that has been greased.
You may need to move the spinach in the dish with the fork so they are evenly distributed.
Bake at 180C/350F for 30-40 minutes
Place cheese on top to melt.
