Ingredients
1.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup1/4 c Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour2.0 tbsp Butter, salted2 8oz pkg Cream Cheese2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3/4 c Splenda1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream6oz melted Baker's unsweetened baking chocolate bar0.33 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened2.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
To make crust mix flours, butter, 2T sweetner and 2 T cocoa powder. Press into 9" pie plate. Filling- mix room temp cream cheese with remaining sweetener. Add 1 egg at a time mixing well between. Add cream, melted chocolate and remaining cocoa powder. Mix well pour into pie crust. Cover loosely with foil. Cook 20 minutes on a rack inside an electric pressure cooker like an instant pot. Let set 15 minutes after cooking before opening the lid.
