Ingredients
16 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 2 cup Beans, red kidney 2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1 cup Tomato Sauce 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh 2 oz Green Chiles (Whole) 1 clove Garlic 1 dash Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 serving Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp. Directions
cook beef until brown, combine all in crock pot for 4 hours on high
