1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tsp SPICE WORLD GARLIC MINCED IN OLIVE OIL (by BLAZEGRANT) 795 grams Crushed Tomatoes 2 cup Beans, black 2 cup GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans) 2 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 1 tsp Cumin seed
Directions
Saute Onions, Peppers, Garlic in olive oil.

Dump everything into crock pot

4-5 hours on low
