Sugarfree Strawberry pie

1 1/4 cup flour2 tablespoons skim milk2 tablespoons Splenda1/2 cup cannola oil1/2 teaspoon saltFilling:Clean two quarts strawberries2 small boxes of sugarfree strawberry jello1 cup Splenda4 cups hot water6 tablespoons cornstarch
Mix all together for crust, pat into pie plate and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. It will look greasy as you form it into your pie plate.
Mix jello, hot water, and Splenda together. Remove 1 cup of this mixture and mix in the cornstarch - making certain to dissolve completely with NO lumps remaining. THen add back into the initial mixture. Cook in miccrowave -stirring at intervals. When mixture begins to boil - allow to boil for 5 minutes - then stir and remove from microwave to cool.
When crust is cooled - arrange starwberries in crust and pour the slightly cooled gel mixture over the strawberries and then refrigerate.
Top with light cool whip.
