Green chili stew

Ingredients
2lbs extra lean ground beef1 medium onion5 Medium potatoes4 cans chopped green chiles2 cans 98 % fat free cream of chicken soup8 oz velveeta light
Directions
Chop onions
wash, peel and dice potatoes
cube cheese

In skillet brown extra lean ground beef with chopped onions. Drain.

Add all indgredients in pot and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are to desired tenderness. Serve with hot tortillas!
