1.8 cup 365 Organic Coconut Milk (by SUN_CLAY) 6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 3 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino 3 tsp Trader Joe’s Ginger Stir-in Paste (by FB_000) 3.5 tbsp Fish Sauce - Nam Pla - Thai - 1 Tbsp 15g (by DUBTONY) 1 fl oz Lime Juice 1.8 cup Hill Country Fair Chicken Broth 1 serving Patak's Madras, (Hot cumin/Chile paste for sauces) 2 tbs (by LADYBAILEY) 28 ounces of waterStevia (to taste)
Directions
Simmer all the ingredients. Season to taste with more hot sauce, basil or cilantro. Mushrooms are a traditional addition.
