16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 8 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat 1 cup Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 dash Pepper, black 1 stalk Broccoli, fresh
Preheat oven to 350F. Place chicken breasts in baking pan. Cut florettes off of broccoli head; arrange around edge of baking pan. Combine evaporated milk with Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup, pour on top in baking pan. Top with fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
Often served with white rice (increase points accordingly).
