2 cup Goya Lentils, Cooked, Canned ((1/2 cup) 1 large Onions, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1.5 tsp Oregano, ground 2 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared .5 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 2 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Chop onion, celery and carrot. Saute in oil until soft. Drain canned lentils (1 19 oz can) and rinse well. Add to onion, celery and carrot. Add chicken stock. Simmer for 15 min, then puree well with hand blender or blender. Add lemon juice.
