1 cup Butternut Squash 4 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 10 clove Garlic 4 serving Stonefire Flatbread Artisan Thin Pizza Crust (1/4 crust) (by HOTLIMIT) 8 tsp Sunnyside Farms Grated Parmessan Cheese (by KIMDAWLAR) .2 oz Feta Cheese 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 cup chopped fresh power greens1 cup Earthbound Farm Organic Power Greens
Oven roast butternut squash. Spread chopped power greens on pizza crust. Top with thinly sliced zucchini. Add roasted butter nut squash pieces, microwave roasted garlic cloves, and all other ingredienrs. Bake at 425 F until bubbly and brown on top. Cut into 12 pieces. One slice is serving ... but because calories are relatively low, eat 2 or 3 slices per meal. Very filling!!!
