Seitan and Tofu Stew

Ingredients
1 serving Home made Seitan (by MADDY_AVENA) 1 cup Cooked Onion 0.25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 cup Tofu, firm 1 can Canned Tomatoes 0.5 carrot Carrots, cooked 0.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 10 grams Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
Directions
Saute onions, add stock and chosen spices (I like cinnamon and paprika). Add everything else, bring to the boil and then turn down to light simmer for min. 2 hrs.
