Sauté onion & celery in 1/2 of the butter, place in crockpot. Add rest of butter to pot and brown chicken. Place in crockpot. Deglaze pan with broth...
Put everything but cream cheese & heavy cream in crockpot. Cook on low until chicken is done. Shred or cube chicken then add cream cheese. When it’s incorporated stir in heavy cream and serve
