454.0 Grams Baked Potato, with skin8.0 cup Spinach, fresh2.0 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained4.0 large Hard Boiled Egg2.0 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)0.3 cup Lemon Juice4.0 clove Garlic0.5 tsp Salt0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.0 cup Green Beans French style canned

Boil potatoes. Combine avocado, lemon, garlic, salt and cayenne in blender. Add other ingredients then top with dressing
