Yummy skewers

Ingredients
Flank steak1 C lite Soy sauce1 C Diet sprite1 T black pepper3 cloves of chopped garlic
Directions
Slice up the steak into strips.
Mix all other ingredients into large bowl and marinate 4 hours or overnight.
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 1 hour.
Place meat onto skewers, and grill or broil until done (5-10 minutes)
