Ingredients
400 grams Cauliflower, raw 90 grams Onions, raw 50 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 80 grams Eggplant, fresh 40 grams Mushrooms, fresh 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 grams Garlic 20 gram(s) Onion (spring onions) - 100g (1 = 15g) (by FLORSHA) 20 grams Peanuts, dry-roasted
Directions
Blend Cauliflower in blender to resemble rice
Dice all other vegetables
Add oil to pan
Fry off hard veg first then soft
Add Cauliflower and cook like fried rice
