Zucchini Quiche

Ingredients
1 1⁄2 lbs zucchini, grated and well drained1 medium onion, chopped fine1⁄2 lb colby jack cheese, grated1⁄4 lb swiss cheese, grated4 eggs, beaten1⁄2 cup half-and-half1 tablespoon flour1⁄4 teaspoon saltblack pepper
Directions
Saute onion in butter until golden.
Mix cheese with zucchini and onion.
Add the remaining ingredients, Mix well.
Pour into a pan
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, keep watch until middle is cooked
Great breakfast choice
