Low Sodium Vegan Taco Filling

Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can S&W 50% Less Sodium Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed 1 pkg Trader Joe's Beef-less Ground Beef 1 1/2 TB Engage Organics Mexi-Mix Salt Free Blend 1/2 tsp Original No Salt Sodium-Free Salt Alternative 1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt 50% Less Sodium Than Table Salt 1 cup of waterOlive oil (optional)
Directions
IF pressed for time or wishing to eliminate oil from your diet, skip this step. It is not figured in the Nutritional analysis. Heat a skillet and add cold olive oil.

Next, add entire pkg of the Beef-less Ground Beef and brown. It is already cooked and you don't have to worry about not cooking enough. Add can of beans.
IN a glass measure, stir and mix Mexi-Mix salt free blend into 1 cup of water and pour into skillet. Bring to a boil, turn heat to med-low and cover pan. Cook for 7-8 minutes until crumbles and beans have absorbed most of the water.
Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly, and use to fill tacos or stuff potatoes.
