8 serving Green Beans, Organic, cut, frozen, 1 cup (121g) 8 serving Mushrooms, Brown, Crimini, 1 oz (28g) 2 cup Almond Mild, Organic, Lidl (8 fl oz) 3 clove Garlic 1 serving Corn Starch, 1 tbsp (8g) 3 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g) 1 tsp Onion powder 0.5 tsp Pepper, white 1 serving Bragg Liquid Aminos, 1 tsp 0.125 tsp Nutmeg, ground 3 serving Nuts, Cashews, 1oz (28g) 2 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g) 0.5 tsp Onion powder
Step 1:
2 lbs beans - steam for 15 minutes.
8 oz mushrooms - cut in big pieces.
Mix beans and mushrooms together and put in dish.
Step 2:
2 cups Almond Milk
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper, ( I prefer white)
1 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
Pinch, nutmeg
Mix together in blender and pour over beans and mushrooms.
Step 3:
1/4 cup raw cashews
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tsp onion powder.
Process just enough to crumble the cashews into small pieces. DO NOT WANT IT FINE.
Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
Serving Size: 9X13 dish. 12 - 1 cup servings
