Ingredients
0.50 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 8 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 dash Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Sour Cream 16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 0.5 tsp Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning (by JOECEPHUS) 4 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 serving Cheese - Sargento Colby-Jack Cheese Sticks
Directions
Season ground beef with seasoning and Worcestershire sauce then cook. In a bowl mix the flout, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, and pepper together then add eggs and sour cream and mix into your dough.
Get a muffin pan and use muffin liners to keep dough from sticking and divide dough up into 8 equal servings in the muffin pan. Next use a tablespoon to creat an indention for the meat in each muffin tin and add meat. Cook in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Pull out and add cheese to each muffin and place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
