Southern Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
1lbFarmland Thick Sliced Bacon 8 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh 1 large Onion chopped2lbs Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, cubed1/2c Bacon grease2T Apple Cider vinegar1T garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook bacon to crispy, crumble and set aside. Into the bacon grease, add onion cook to translucent. Add cabbage, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Add chicken to reheat. Before serving add crumbled bacon. Serve hot
