Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Bar

.5 cup Coconut Oil 2 cup Oats, Quaker 1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup, chopped Pecans 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Soda .25 tsp Salt .5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 cup, packed Raisins
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 9x13 pan and line with parchment paper.
Mix sugar, oil, peanut butter and eggs until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Pat evenly into pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until set, but not firm. Cool 15 mins. Remove from pan and cut into bars.
Serving Size: Makes 16 6x2 inch bars
