Gluten Free Molten Brownie Pudding

Ingredients
7 tbsp Butter-Organic-Vegan-Lactose & Gluten Free (by SAGESD) 36 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Confectioners (by KINSPAPPY) 2 large Egg white, fresh 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 6 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 0.25 tsp Celtic Sea Salt (Light Grey), Coarse Grain (The Grain & Salt Society) (by TRILLIANTOO) 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 serving Nestle Semisweet Chocolate Chips, 1 tbsp
Directions
Add 1.5 cups water and steam rack to instant Pot. Butter 6-7 inch souffle or baking dish.
Mix sugar & eggs until yellow and fluffy.
In seperate bowl mix flour, cocoa and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet. Put in baking dish and then into Instant Pot.
Select manual and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. Once cooking is complete use a quick release. Carefully remove top so that any condensation doesn't drip on the pudding. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
