Low Carb Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Milk, 1% (or similar milk)1/3 c Chia seeds 1/4 c Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened2 - 5 T erythriotol (or similar sweetener)1.2 tsp Vanilla Extract sprinkle salt
Directions
Put milk into blender then add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour immediately into serving cups. Refrigerate covered overnight.
