Pureed Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions2 cup, chopped Carrots4 cup, chopped Broccoli4 cup Cauliflower3 cup Vegetable Broth3.0 tsp Garlic1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Sautee onion and carrot in a pot with nonstick olive oil spray for about 8 minutes on a med-high heat. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and bring the heat to high. Bring to a boil. Then reduce to simmer and cover for 20 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes and then using an immersion blender, puree the soup until smooth as it can get. Top with parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
